The builder has started new communities and has ordered a complete liquidation of these remaining premium lot sites plus a beautiful 12.5+/- acre un-developed tract of land.
TERMS: If you are the successful bidder you will be required to put down a two thousand dollar non-refundable deposit per lot and sign an auction purchase contract and the supporting documents. The balance will be due at closing on or before Thursday, March 5th, 2015 by 10:00am. Make all financial arrangements prior to the sale. You may pay cash or get your own financing; however we are selling for cash with no contingencies. The seller will furnish a special warranty deed and title Insurance. CHOICE BIDDING METHOD: We will sell all nine (9) Lots ABSOLUTE to the highest and best bidder with no minimum bid. You are bidding for position to choose the lot or lots you want. The final bidder can purchase as many or as few lots as the bidder would like. We will then repeat the process until all lots are sold. The 12.5+/- acre tract of land will be sold separately.
