TERMS: If you are the successful bidder you will be required to put down two-thousand five hundred dollars per lot and sign an auction purchase contract and the supporting documents. The balance will be due at closing on or before Thursday, October 25th, 2012 by 1:00PM. Make all financial arrangements prior to the sale. You may pay cash or get your own financing; however we are selling for cash with no contingencies. The seller will furnish a warranty deed. Taxes will be pro-rated at closing. CHOICE BIDDING METHOD: We will sell 5 Lots ABSOLUTE with no minimum bid. You are bidding for position to choose the lot or lots you want. After we receive the final bid on the first round, the Auctioneer may stop and ask the owner if we can sell another lot or lots at the same price to the final bidder. Then upon sellers approval we may ask if anyone else would like another lot for the same price, if we have more than one person that wants the same lot we will re-open the bidding for round two. Then we will repeat the process.
